These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Divine Widgets mobile application (the "App") operated by Divine Widgets ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Divine Widgets provides daily spiritual content including Bible verses, prayers, affirmations, and inspirational quotes. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.

Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account. Your preferences and data are stored locally on your device. Anonymous identifiers are used for analytics purposes only.

Subscriptions

Divine Widgets offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional content and features. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

User-Generated Content

You may create custom quotes within the App. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the feedback feature, you grant us permission to use your feedback to improve the App without obligation or compensation.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Divine Widgets and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Bible verses are in the public domain or used under license from their respective rights holders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Widgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
